In this video Tony Robbins interviews Frank Kern and John Reese as part of his “New Money Masters series”. Tony Robbins, Frank Kern and John Reese discuss the reasons why it is that many in the internet marketing community do not take action and fulfill their potential.
Tony Robbins believes that a lack of action is largely based on a single reason – psychology. It’s the certainty (or lack of it) we have before start a new business venture that directly affects the success or failure of the business.
The explanation’s something like this…
- We all have huge potential.
- The internet makes it possible for almost anyone from any social-economic background to build a legitimate business online.
We all have different beliefs about our potential…
- Those that believe they have unlimited potential are more likely to take massive action as they have an emotional certainty the business will succeed.
- Those that believe they have limited potential (and can never reach a six figure income online) are more likely to take the minimum amount of action before quitting their business believing it’s not working.
The results from the action we take reinforce our belief system…
- If we are certain we will succeed we will take action, work harder with a desire and make more progress. This progress gives us greater belief, even more certainty that we can achieve our goals and makes us more likely to reach our goals.
- If we doubt that our business venture will work we will take less action, work the minimum number of hours and we won’t make as much progress as we would have hoped for. This lack of progress hits our belief hard, give us more doubt and lead us to put in even less action in the future to achieve out goals.
So we think the main lesson to take from this video of Tony Robbins interviewing Frank Kern and John Reese is that it’s our beliefs that shape the action we take, which in turn affects the results we get. If you start a new online business venture and you are 100% certain it’ll be a success, your chances of succeeding increase dramatically. Avoid the cycle of decline, the compounding of doubt that poisons your mindset, action and results by being absolutely certain you’re going to achieve your goals.
